Graduated from the Faculty of Law of ULIM, he obtained his law degree in 2014 and is a founding member of the Associated Lawyers Office „Rusanovschi Iulian and Partners” based in mun. Chisinau. He is a member of the Romanian Order of Legal Advisors, legal advisor of the Diocese of Southern Bessarabia and author of several publications and scientific articles in the field of law and national culture.
